The script J looks nothing like the picture, and it immediately fell off the bracelet and was lost. Returned.

The initial is so small
Whats the point of having an initial tag on their if you can’t make out what the initial is? This bracelet is a total miss. Returning immediately. Comes in a cute little container that is giftable, but the initial is ridiculously small, not legible.

Pretty, but not a great design
At first glance, it’s cute, but the initial is so small and then the way charms are attached, they come off every time you put it on. This was for my daughter and I could see her losing one of charms easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clasp on the bracelet was not very strong. The first bracelet the clasp fell apart. You kindly sent me a new one no charge. It was a gift for my daughter. She had it on the clasp opened up and she lost the two heart charms. I’m very disappointed in the quality.

The bracelt itself is beautiful and I wear it often, however, I have been unable to wear it with the charms b/c they are always falling off. The clasps on the charms do not stay closed.
