Quality Control Fail
Excellent ordering process, got my bag in two days- DEFECTIVE. Reorder failed, Eggplant color sold out. I gave up on trying to reorder new one in different color. At least they let me keep the defective bag and they refunded my money. Missing lower buckle that compresses the bag. Disappointed because I did a TON of research and chose this bag for my trip and ebags didn’t do their part in quality control.

The Little Bag That Could

A friend recommended the bag and said it’s great for weekend trips and fits even on the economy European airlines that all the students use to go country to country. My daughter looked suspicious when I gave it to her. A month into her experience she said “this bag is a lifesaver”. She said it’s perfect for a weekend getaway and dirt a lot more than she expected. Great Backpack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this recently on sale for a 3 week trip/cruise in Europe. Husband has the E-Bag version and used it for the last three-year trips and is very happy with it. I replaced my smaller, similar backpack with this. It has more storage, convenient pockets and better organization. Not heavy. You can utilize the space for smaller things that you don't have time to be looking all over for. It worked out along with a carry-on for everything I needed. Fits under the seat on the plane. Good handles and easy to carry.
