Love the feeling of this night serum
I like how soft it makes my skin feel. It's light and the scent is just what I need before bed. It doesn't leave me greasy or sticky, either.

Nicely scented silicones
This is an EXTREMELY silicone-heavy body oil. It smells nice with the signature Morroccanoil scent & it spreads out on the skin easier than any other body oil (from the crazy amount of silicones), but the pros stop there for me. I cannot stand the way it never absorbs into the skin. A “serum” should absorb. I have very dry skin, so I do LOVE body serums & heavy hydration, but this just leaves a siliconey film over your skin that feels like it’s rubbing off onto everything. I have to wash my hands after applying it or I don’t want to touch my phone/laptop/kindle/TV remote. lol But with it on my legs & arms, I just feel like I’m leaving silicone residue on my pjs & bed sheets. I’m not a fan of silicones in general, but this is just way too much!

Very average!
I had absolutely no idea that Moroccanoil have branched out into more than just haircare. Where have I been?! In any case, it seems like I haven't exactly missed out on much! Just like their original 'Treatment', this one is also very big on silicones and small on what really matters. Silicones (Dimethicone) make the serum lovely to apply, non-oily and sink in easily, but the ingredients that could make any difference (Argan, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil and Vitamin C) are way down on the ingredients list and therefore too low in quantity to provide the skin with any noticeable benefit. An ideal body serum would have more Argan Oil in it than silicones, not the other way round as this has. The fragrance is lovely, the packaging and branding as with all their products - is amazing, but yet again I'm unimpressed by the product itself and the lack of results it delivers. I get a nice sheen on my skin which looks good and lasts a couple of hours, a very slight amount of radiance from the Vitamin C ester, but no other benefits. Smells really nice
I've been using this for about a year. There are no permanent effects. If I put it on at night, I see smoother looking skin in the morning, but it's gone with a shower or at the end of the day. But the Moroccanoil smell is to die for!

Need to try a larger size
The Night Body Serum has the same smell as all Moroccan Oil products. I love the scent but I’m not super impressed with the product. The 4mL sample I received was not enough for even my lower body so I was not able to properly test out the product and give an accurate review. I think it has potential, especially if you use it with a sculpting tool to help with cellulite appearance and smooth the skin. Would love to give this another shot in the future.
