Such a great product

What a disgrace!
I was excited to receive this in the mail for my son, which took two weeks wait. Upon arrival, I opened my shipment. To my shocking surprise, the product was unsealed. Opened. And clearly used. The night light looked like it was dragged around, hair stuck on it, and dried fluid seen on the charging devise. For the first time, out of all the years, I’ve shopped with Nordy, I was letdown. Deeply disappointed. I seriously cannot believe Nordy would send out a product like this to any customer in this condition!
