Nordstrom selling dupe?

I bought these in Rome, loved them, bought another pair at Nordstrom. Look at the picture of the ad- from Prada, the logo is on the tongue, no logo at the end of the laces. Then, the images of what Nordstrom sends you- it has the Prada gold logo at the bottom of the laces??? I don’t understand why Prada would make a Nordstrom version and not just sell the real shoe they sell in Europe. Which, by the way was $200usd cheaper than Nordstrom. Will be returning the fake.

Prada sneakers

I had initially bought a similar pair of shoes from Balley, and I used them for many years. They were the best shoes I ever had. Unfortunately, they got discontinued and I was so happy when I found the same design in Prada and I bought a pair for top dollars, and I returned it after I found it to be defective. A new pair was shipped to me and frankly speaking, I don’t think they have the quality that I experienced with Balley. I am disappointed, not from Nordstrom, but from Prada.

Not functional

Comfy and look great. However they are not a sneaker and only good for driving. Wore these 6 times for work functions and the toe seam busted. Not heavy walking / activity events. Basic work functions. Talked to a shoemaker he can fix but this is standard. These are made for driving. Durability sucks
