Body shape: Same width through shoulder, hips and waist

picture doesn't show the WIDE WIDE legs!
I am a size 6 and ordered the 28. They fit well, a little loose (i hate tight clothes), soft denim. The problem is that the legs are huge! Like big wide gapping bells! I like loose clothes, but these looked silly, I actually laughed before packaging them up for a return.
