I want to emphasize that I have always held Monos products in high regard and have been a loyal customer for many years. However, the handling of this matter has left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. I believe that it is the responsibility of Monos to stand behind the quality of its products and ensure customer satisfaction.
