Very Happy with my purchase!!!
I spent a lot of time researching luggage bags before ending up with this one. It is a great value for money and I’ve been satisfied with it so far. Its telescopic handle makes it easy to hold. This comes super handy for my 6 feet 3-inch dad who can roll it comfortably. Its soft interior features the separate compartments. It is lighter than most of the bags in its category. The Storm grey tone is beautiful (I have received many compliments about it already). I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a stylish and durable luggage bag.

Buyer beware regarding warranty
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it. Great quality etc. I messaged Monos to register purchase. There is ZERO Monos warranty on anything purchased from Nordstrom. They do not stand behind full price Monos purchases from Nordstrom. There is no lifetime warranty. I would recommend choosing another brand at this price point. Ridiculous policy.

Ripped After 1st Flight
The seams and back side of clamshell ripped after the first 3 hour flight I took. I contacted Monos (as I purchased this bag from them and another at Nordstrom) and Monos will not fix it. Please don’t buy from them - it’s a waste of $300+ dollars

Disappointed!
So embarrassing the handle grip pull rod did not extend all the way when I got to the airport. The handle was to short to pull and I didn’t want to break my back pulling this so called carry on! Therefore, I decided to pay the 35.00 to check in my bag. Not only that the thread started to come out. Why? This is not worth the price more like 75.00 worth of suitcase. Please reconsider before you end up throwing your money away.

Thoughtful design
I bought this in the rose quartz and I love it. I was debating between this and the carry on plus from Away luggage. I’m glad I chose Monos.
The zippers are designed to lock in when the combination is set making for nice, sleek design. The shell is quality and scratch resistant. I appreciate that they include a small sponge to keep it clean from scuff marks.
The interior really maximizes the amount of space you have. There is a laundry bag to keep dirty clothes separate from clean which also doubles to flatten the contents down before closing. It also has a dust bag included. I will buy more from them!

Light but sturdy!
I’m an overpacker, so I was a little concerned when the suitcase arrived and it was a bit smaller and a lot lighter than I expected. But WOW, did it exceed my expectations! I was still able to overpack as I normally do, everything surprisingly fit (the compression part is magical), AND it was still lightweight enough to move around the airport! Other four wheel suitcases I’ve had were so difficult to move around. The handle on this suitcase is the best I’ve experienced! Felt so lightweight when I carted it all over the airport.
