A diaphanous tulle overlay is finely shirred and smartly paneled to flatter every curve on a fitted sweetheart-neckline dress which flares into a swishy, floor-sweeping trumpet skirt. Grosgrain-ribbon trim traces corset-style allure over the bodice and emphasizes a slender waist.
