Lovely present

I have brought two necklaces in the last month for my daughters and they both loved them, I am thinking of getting one for myself .

Too Short, Too Small

I bought this necklace a week ago, had it engraved with my child’s name and it arrived quickly. Sadly, I was extremely disappointed with the sizing and overall value for the price. The chain is very thin and it’s shorter than expected. Longer sizes are needed, I can’t even wear it so I’ll either need to now buy an extender or chain in hopes that the charm will fit through it. I would not buy again, especially for the price.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am so sorry to hear that your necklace wasn't what you were hoping for. While the chain is designed to fit up to 18 inches, I completely understand how disappointing it is when a piece doesn't feel or look right in person, especially for something as meaningful as a personalised child's name engraving. We always strive to be as clear and accurate as possible in our product descriptions, but your experience shows us where we can do better. I would love the opportunity to make this right for you. I will reach out to you directly later today so we can explore solutions together, whether that's finding a compatible chain extender or another option that works for you.
