Very Poor Packaging
I gave this one star because of how it arrived. This pretty necklace came in a clear plastic envelope with the chain very tangled and stuck to some kind of tape. I've never received online purchased jewelry in this condition before. It was going to be a christmas gift for my granddaughter but i couldn't make it look presentable. I will be returning this tangled mess.

Love the necklace, but it arrived very tangled
As stated in someone else's review, the packaging was poor and it arrived tangled. It took me about 5 minutes to untangle this necklace. Once untangled though, I love the necklace design and the adjustable length.
