This warranty applies to all of our products across the globe, regardless of where you purchased them from. Within five years, if your jewellery needs repair we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge. After 5 Years (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure you piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee. You can still set this up using our online returns process. and you'll be charged the appropriate fee when you create your returns labels.
