Quality earrings

Lovely and simple. These are well made and easy to put on. Once on, they are very secure.

Loose clasp

Beautiful earrings but the clasp mechanism on both earrings seemed a bit too loose, and seemed almost defective on one of the earrings.

Thank you so much for the review! We’re so glad to hear you love the style of the Siren Muse Hoops, but we’re so sorry to hear the clasps aren’t working as securely as they should and they are fully covered under our 5-Year Warranty and so if you could kindly return these to us, we'd be happy to replace these for you. Simply log onto your MV account online, select the order and repair option against it. You'll then download a returns label and instructions on how to get these back to us. If you'd like any help at all with the process then do let us know and we'll be happy to assist.

Not Good Quality

The earrings I received were oval and not round. They are very thin and bendy. The photo in the listing is enlarged to make them appear thicker than they are. They did not show up at all when I put them on. At this price point I was seeking quality sterling, these seem too bendy and are not stamped 925. They seem cheap and not the quality I am seeking. They were returned.

Fab

I love these earrings! So much more interesting than standard hoops. Sadly I did lose one but used the lost earring policy for a replacement set which is a great policy. That being said that after a few years the clasp mechanism does get looser so be mindful of that so you don’t lose yours!
