Doesn't open
Beautiful little piece, but once it snaps closed it's closed forever. No way to reopen. Sadly have to return and order her larger, more expensive locket and hope it opens easily.

Pretty But Returned
Could have been a beautiful piece but unfortunately had some issues. Necklace was delivered with a crazy knot throughout the whole chain. Really disappointed that knotting of a fine chain wasn’t considered when packaging item. I returned it due to this. Color is very much a warm tone yellow gold - not bad just FYI.

Engraving problems
I bought this for Christmas (and one in silver as well) and engraved it with my sons handwriting for grandma. Unfortunately the engraving was near to impossible to see. It’s a shame since the price was up but the result was not.
