Medium Signature Link Hoop Earrings

I love these but overtime, the clasp stops holding. I had for maybe 2 months because I had to exchange them for another pair because they kept falling out. Throughout the day, the clasp on the back would just kind of give out. I had to fish for these in the abyss between my drivers seat and center console twice. I thought my pair was just defective so I exchanged for another pair. This new pair does the same thing but worse because half the time I can’t even click them into place before leaving the house until I bend the earring itself to bring it into place then it clicks. These are too pricey for these to bend out of place on their own with simple wear. (I don’t wear to bed or anything) considering returning or exchanging for a 3rd time because it’s only been a few months. Bummed!

I had concerns about how well the clasp locked on one of the earrings. So before I even wore them I brought them into the store to see if I could exchange them. I showed them to the sales person and explained my concerns and she adjusted the earrings. She said there, “now it locks tightly.” So today I wore them for the first time and lo and behold the clasp came undone and now I’m left with one earring. These are beautiful earrings but there’s definitely a design flaw with the clasp/lock.
