Faulty
Same here. Clasp doesn’t work and it has fallen off more than once. Luckily it’s always been in the house. I bought it through brand alley and neither brand alley or MV would do anything about it. Avoid! Clearly faulty.

Cute but difficult to remove
Very lovely bracelet that goes with any outfit. For me, it was hard to remove though.

Serious quality issues
Received as a gift from my husband. Clasp never worked well and eventually broke. Had it repaired by a local jeweler. Still didn’t close properly but it was good enough. Now one of the chain links broke— thankfully it broke in my home but I was doing no activities which would have led to that so I’m not sure how.
Super bummed because I loved the look and wear of it. Overall, wasted a lot of money and I do not recommend anyone purchase this piece. I have other MV pieces I wear daily with no issue, so this seems to be specific to this product alone and not the brand as a whole.

Don’t be tempted.
Was given this as a present by an ex. The clasp broke and has been in my jewellery box for over a year. Took it to jewellers to get fixed who tell me the clasp isn’t even silver so they don’t think they can fix.
Save your money. It’s not worth it.

Dont take the risk
I cant wear this bracelet for fear of loosing it. The clasp just does not stay shut. Its just sitting in my jewellery box. Please update the design on this bracelet. Ive so many pieces of your jewellery and ive had no problems with any other items, just this one.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that your Bracelet has developed an issue, it's certainly not reflective of the high quality piece that we always want our customers to received. I have emailed you directly with details of our 5 year warranty whereby you can look to have your piece repaired, or replaced to brand new condition. You'll shortly receive details of how to download your pre-paid returns label in order to get this back to us so that we can provide you with a prompt solution. Have a great day in the meantime.
