Unacceptable packaging
Necklace arrived in a balled up knot inside of a Nordstrom box with a huge rip on the top (like someone put a sticker on it and then tore it off). Stuff I buy a big box stores is packed nicer. I emailed a complaint and asked them to send me a new box as this is a gift and got a canned response saying they couldn’t. Returned and bought direct from Monica Vinader and received beautiful packaging. What’s going on with your quality Nordstrom?!

perfect dainty heart necklace
I gave my 23 yr old daughter this necklace for Christmas. She loves it so much that she’s worn it every single day. The dainty hearts catch the light and it’s so beautiful. I also bought her a pair of earrings from this brand for her birthday, which she loved too. I plan to buy more jewelry from this brand in the future.
