Goddess Coin Pendant Necklace

I was sent the wrong item after looking for quite some time for this piece. It finally arrives and it’s not the necklace I ordered, it doesn’t have a pendent on it, just a chain of some sort. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t describe the way I feel. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from Nordstrom online again! This happened to me before where I ordered a pair of beige shoes only to receive the wrong pair, they were pink of all colors. After these mistakes I’m left with the inconvenience of driving to their store to return it. There is no repair to the lost trust in this company, just the invitation to roll the dice again, the gamble of maybe they’ll get it right. This time I’m done!!
