Replacement Chain

My chain broke outside of warranty period. I was happy to be able to replace it with the same style that my daughters had purchased for my pendant.

Beautiful but uncomfortable

It's very pretty, but the chain structure is scratchy. There are little firm pieces of metal that dig into the delicate neck skin. I never had that problem with any other chains from MV or any other company. I believe it's just the type of chain structure - short hard pieces.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear you love the look of the Gold Vermeil Twist Chain Necklace, but we are so sorry to hear it isn't comfortable to wear. Because of the intricate links in a twist chain structure, it should feel smooth against the skin, not scratchy and so I'm sorry if this isn't the case. We welcome you to return this to us for a refund or exchange within a 100 day returns period. Simply log onto your MV account to view your order and select the relevant returns option. If you have any questions then please reach out to our teams at customercare@monicavinader.com.

CHEAP - not real gold

Not even a month after the purchase the color went from gold to an ugly brownish tone - terrible quality, a scam really for the price

All our plated pieces are made out of real 18k Gold Vermeil designed for longevity and known to be thick plating durable for every day wear so we would not expect to see this! I see you have left a few reviews of this nature and by the images left it looks as though your pieces have come into contact with something the precious metal hasn't reacted well to. Not to worry though! We can offer a free replacement under our 5 year warranty and support with how to keep your precious metals looking glamorous for a life time. I can see you've been in touch and one of our agents have helped you with the return of your pieces. If you have any other questions do let us know.
