Disappointed

Bought for my daughters graduation and it is a lovely bracelet however it fell off her wrist when wearing it out and she never noticed and was just over the warranty so we couldn’t get it replaced . See on reviews the same issue has happened to many so it’s disappointing this has not being dealt with

Comes Undone

Extremely disappointed. My boyfriend got me this bracelet and I was so obssessed with it. I wore it out to and event on Sunday to notice that the clasp had came undone and the bracelet is gone. I am not able to get a replacement under the warranty. It came undone a few times before this. Wish they could have replaced it.
