Beautiful chain, challenging clasp

I bought this with the goddess charm to wear to an event. As I was walking into the event the chain, ring clasp and charm fell off on the ground. Upon inspection the clasp on the ring was bent slightly and not closing properly. I will be exchanging it as I love the concept of stacking charms and it is great quality. The clerk also told me they stand behind their warranty and will replace if it tarnishes.

Not good

Bought this was a bit sceptical re: size would it be long enough, another review mentioned the difficult clasp. I wanted a chain for the large baraque pearl my hubby bought for me. Had high hopes mind but nope chain too short, pearly too big for such a short chain worse of all the flaming difficult clasp, no way this would annoy me forever. Unfortunately I had a birthday code to get 15% off but I will lose it as it’s been sent back. Very Dissapointed. I have just purchased a longer chain and luckily got 45% off hope it is suitable. Good firm thought online chat with Jacob was very helpful.

Looks nice

The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is it’s so delicate & small it was hard to find the clasp to open and frankly to open period. Maybe this isn’t for older hands or people with arthritis I their hands.
