Nordstrom unreliable
So I ordered this on Dec 18 with Nordstrom advertising I could get this by Christmas. There was no update on my order so I called 5days from the day I placed the order to be told by a representative that it will still come for Christmas. Fast forward to a day after that conversation I received an email from Nordstrom that that orders now cancelled. What an absolute shame and a total clusterfk. Never again buying anything from Nordstrom as this has ruined my holiday gifting plans and so embarrassing. Better off ordering from bergdorf or Niemann.

I recently purchased this jacket and love it! This style runs a little big, so I sized down one size. Very very comfortable and you can move. I was able to wear a heavy sweater with this jacket. I received a lot of compliments about this Suyen jacket. Definitely give this jacket a try if you like roomy jackets.
