Im really happy to find Codeage makes hydrogen tablets! My friend recently introduced hydrogen water, and he has a machine that is very expensive and the water tasted funny. I decided to try the tablets, and it is also more convenient even though in the long run, more costly. The first time I tried it, I placed the tablet in a mug, and I couldn't tell if it has been resolved. Drinking the water when the tablet not fully dissolved has a funny taste. The 2nd time, I placed it in a drinking glass and put a mug cover over it to prevent the hydrogen from escaping, and the water tasted clean. I read that the water use be distilled or filter to remove chemical, etc... I have a beekey filter, and the water is do clean that should affect the effectivity of the hydrogen. I also read that with hydrogen escaping quickly, the consumption amount is generally 3-5-ish ppm. This is why I put a cover on the glass to help minimize the amount of hydrogen escaping before I consume the water. The only thing I'm concerned about is the magnesium, which made me a bit sleepy wjen I took it. I plan on taking it at night, just in case. Oh, also, it is recommended to drink hydrogen water 30 mins before a meal, or 2 hours after a meal. This way the acid produces to digest food would not neutralize/cancel the hydrogen.
