Mojo Shorts

There's nothing wrong with the fit, fabric, and feel of these shorts, but the elastic waistband is a joke. Once the elasticity gives out, which happens sooner than you'd think, these shorts are basically worthless.

I own an earlier version of the Mojo short that I love and worn so much it has holes (6+ years, great run)! I looked to replace them with this same pair, but there is no stretch/flex in the fabric, so it's an entirely different fit from my old pair. I wish I liked them, but ended up returning.

I have 3 pairs of these, 2 in Black, 1 in gray, the first pair of black shorts the waist band became useless and shorts could not be worn without falling off, 2nd pair of black shorts are holding up but waist band continually folds itself in half. The Gray pair came with what I assume is an upgraded “plush” waist band and are great! Do the new black shorts also now have the softer waist band?

Stiff material. This short is not the quality that it used to be.

The quality of the shorts is not great, and one of the biggest issues is that they do not have a drawstring. If you put a phone or keys in your pocket, the waistband becomes loose and the shorts tend to slide down. Personally, I think that these days, when almost everyone carries a phone, a drawstring is a must on any pair of shorts.

I have three pairs and they all get used regularly throughout the summer months. Lightweight and easy to move. They’re my default shorts for most activities.
