rating the non-arrival, not the product
I’ve now ordered these 3 times. Each time they don’t ship. I have called customer service twice about this. The second time I said “please report this distribution issue to someone who can investigate and fix it!” Then I allowed them to reorder the pillows for me days ago- this is the third time. And guess what? The status once again says it’s “preparing to ship”, same status on the last orders after weeks of waiting and no notification or explanation. Either this will be third time’s a charm or I’ll decide two weeks from now that I need to move on.

Seller Never Shipped Item, and kept my money.
Disappointing. Seller never shipped item to me. Seller kept my money anyway. Working with Nordstrom to get a refund from this non responsive seller. Hassle. Avoid this seller.
