Lightweight Down 3-in-1 Maternity/Nursing Jacket

Second pregnancy with this jacket. Great cold weather option in 3rd trimester with the insert. Have been wearing in 15-40 degrees with other layers and have been comfortable. The insert looks awkward but the jacket was convenient without it when I was not so round, so a nice feature. Doesn’t have the performance of usual athletic jackets, but neither do I in late third tri. Does well in washer/dryer. Vest was a nice feature in the fall. Wore last pregnancy postpartum and was a good in-between size before I shrank back to normal. I sized up and am happy with the fit.

Loved the color and that it was lightweight. However, didn't care for the bottom being synched and when the panel was inserted looked like I was wearing a sack. I am petite, 5'2 and 6 months with a nice size bump. The jacket was too big and not very flattering.

First of all: the sizing is weird. I am S in all my maternity clothes, but based on one previous review (can't find it now) I ordered M, and it fit great. However, it is not like I grew a lot: I am 34C, ok maybe 36B, but no bigger, and all my prematernity coats are a bit tight on my chest, but this one withough the insert can be barely zipped up. I do not think I am going to lose many inches on my chest for it to look like it does on the model (i.e. - normal). I thought fine, it looks nice, so I will just keep it for the pregnancy and then toss or resell it because it does look nice. Well, on the first day I wore it, I got under the rain, and guess what - it is not waterproof, and the down stinks like mold when it gets wet! Oh that smell was disgusting!!! $185 for something of strange size/fit, not waterproof and stinky?! Very disappointing!

Jacket is very thin. Hope it keeps my daughter warm. Does not seem like it s worth $185

I really like this jacket. Super comfortable, it’s end of November in New York and it keeps me warm. Can fit nice thick layers underneath if needed. As any sport jacket it has a hoodie on a smaller side, so you can wear it when it’s snowing or raining for a run.. after the baby is born:) I read some negative reviews on how small it is, absolutely not true. Plenty of room! I usually wear M, and because I was worried about size I bought L, could’ve been fine with M. The removable insert is awesome, I’m on week 22, so for the next 6-8 weeks I don’t think I’ll need an insert. By the way, even though I got a bigger size, it still looks nice. It’s not a kind of jacket you wear out, but for pregnant ladies there’s an understanding - we wear what fits!;)
