Chic and easy!
I find this dress very chic and a great choice for a work event—it’s easy and comfortable and will make you feel great. Not sure why they say it runs small, though. I’m usually a 0-2 and the XS is still a smidge large, but with the stretch it works just fine and I like that it’s not too tight. I’d say go with your normal size.
