Moc II Slipper (Women)

I've worn Acorn slippers for decades, and they have never failed me. Until now. I was fascinated with the option of a collapsible heel and since most of the reviews raved about this slipper, I was in. However the sizing is unrealistic and unfuriating. My old, worn out pair of Acorns were size 9, and while they loosened up a bit, they still fit as well they as ever did. I ordered the Moc 11 in a 8-9 women's. It might have have accetable if I was willing to use the collasible heel all the time but when I converted them to a regular slipper with the heel up they were ridiculously big. I was literally walking out of them. The process of returning Acorn items is cumbersone, and one in which the customer pays to return it, even if it was Acrorn's error. This egregjious especially in an age when you an merely drop an unwanted product off at a local store. If you're considering this slipper, beware sizes.
