Legend Platform Loafer (Women)

I ordered my usual size for this brand, which is a 41. I usually wear a 9w or sometimes a 9ww, if the heel part isn't too wide. I could barely squeeze my foot in. It was so tight everywhere. Sadly, they had to go back. It might work for you if your foot is not wide, or if your arch isn't very high, and your instep isn't very high. The shoe itself is a wonderful quality. The leather is soft, but gives support, and the shoe is not heavy on the feet. I really wanted these to work.

This is a wear-with-everything shoe for Fall. I am a true 9-9.5 M and the 40 was perfect. Regarding fit, a couple of caveats. The toe box is almond shaped so it feels just slightly tight, but not uncomfortable. The heel portion comes up fairly high on the ankle and felt a bit uncomfortable out of the box. But nothing that a few laps around the house couldn’t fix - the leather is high quality and conformed to fit. I wear a medium thick sock with these which further minimizes any potential discomfort. I wore them to a party last night and got several compliments. My problem is I compare every shoe to sneakers since Covid. So no, they are not sneaker comfortable, but they are great for almost anything else.
