Way Better Than Expected! Size Down
Yep, the other reviewers are right - size down if you can. I would normally wear a large in sweaters but I sized down to medium and I think it’s now perfect! It’s very warm, but not too warm for NorCal. I really love the detail, it just gives it something extra.
I went back-and-forth on buying this for a really long time because some of the reviewers said the quality just wasn’t there, but I have to disagree. I don’t really wash my sweaters, because I don’t need to, so I think this guy will hold up for a long time. I’m so glad I bought it once it went on sale! A great deal - I can already tell I’m gonna wear this thing so much throughout the fall and winter. I can see why people would buy multiple colors!

Too much Acrylic!
Topshop needs to stop making their cardigans with so much Acrylic! This has 80+ percent acrylic which makes the material bauble and piling.. and Nordys needs to stop accepting such a cheap fabric for the anniversary sales! I purchased 2 colors but might return after one wear the cardigan baubled all over the front! So disappointed! I’m hoping Zara will make a nice maxi cardigan this season because as of late their cardigans are better quality! Sweaters like this should have no more than 40% acrylic and the rest mixed fibers preferably a wool mix!

Perfect Cardigan
This Cardigan was perfect the length and very versatile. I could pull it off my shoulders or keep it up on my shoulders. I’m 5’4 and even without heels it didn’t drag the ground (which was nice).

Size down TWO sizes - this sweater ate me alive! I like the style of it, and I'll go back and see if I can get the extra small - I'm normally a medium - but it's so big, I'm not sure even that will work.

Size Down and try all the colors
I purchased this Mixed stitch longline Cardigan by Topshop last weekend when the infuencer sale began. I received my cardigan yesterday (July 15) which I thought was expeditious considering the massive orders during the Nordstrom sale. I purchased the color Black in an XL. I am 5'6 and my measurements are 42, 37, 43 for reference, I usually wear a L/XL or 12/14/16 depending on the fabric and cut of the garment. I tried the Cardigan on and it was very oversized on me but not in a cute way. I was drowning in the XL cardigan. I went to the nearest Nordstrom to exchange for a L, it still has the oversize look but it doesn't make me look like I am wearing Hagrid's sweater. The quality is good, it has a good texture for Fall through Winter wear. The black is a vibrant black not washed out looking and other colors are beautiful in person as well so if you are looking for a good quality cardigan that can be dressed up or dressed down like I was, now is a good time and this is a good price point for this garment. This was a really good find and I wish I could get the ivory, gray and camel they look fabulous as well.
