Strong and lingering
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent strength is very strong. The scent lingers for quite some time. It is a pleasant lavender sea salt smell but definitely not made for sensitive noses. The ingredients are all listed. I’m not sure if it had any effect on me because it took the same amount of time for me to fall asleep. I did enjoy smell the lavender and sea salt as I drifted off to sleep.

All natural!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only got to use this once but it definitely helped me get some sleep, I have trouble falling asleep so hopefully this keeps working, fingers crossed. Doesn’t smell super strong has a nice relaxing lilac scent, kind of expensive but I will be purchasing if it keeps helping! Love the packaging it’s very girly perfect to sit on my headboard.
