Delicious Guilt-Free Low Calorie Caramels
Our household quickly fell in love with these caramels. We and our physicians are big fans of allulose to use as primary sweetener because of its metabolic benefits, taste just like sugar (but less sweet so use more), no adverse side effects or harm, and negligible calories. Most importantly, it doesn’t spike blood sugar or insulin and raises GLP-1 to trigger brain we’re satiated and don’t need to eat more after our meal (unless you haven’t in hours). Allulose was part of my diet and lifestyle routine changes that eliminated all 30 lbs. of belly fat I’d carried for 15 years. I’m so grateful we don’t have to consume artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols anymore to enjoy sweets, as those carry some harm and concern.

Delicious!
These are delicious! Yes, they are pricey and a bit smaller than I was anticipating but the flavor is rich and just sweet enough to curb my candy craving. I’m definitely keeping these on hand!
