- Fired above 1200°C, our stoneware is heat, shatter, microwave, dishwasher & freezer safe (handwash large pieces). Avoid oven preheating, wet-to-hot transitions, grills & frozen items to prevent thermal shock. Use trivets for cooling. Sharp utensils may mark matte finishes—clean with baking soda or Bar Keepers Friend. Handmade pieces may show natural marks, variations or packaging traces—these reflect true craftsmanship, not defects.
