damaged
It’s so cute, but Nordstrom shipped me a damaged, visibly used bag. It has black scratches in the leather, and they do not come off. I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom for decades, and the quality control for online orders is virtually nonexistent in recent years. Super disappointed. Unfortunately it is somewhat difficult to find this specific bags at other stores in the U.S. If you’re like me and hoping to get this bag to carry at a specific event, don’t bank on receiving an undamaged bag that you’ll be able to use on a quick turnaround. I will be returning the one I received because it arrived visibly damaged. Nordstrom will continue to lose loyal customers because of their cost-cutting on these basic quality control measures.
