Mini Square Glass Food Storage Container

I am extremely disappointed with these containers. I purchased them specifically because they are advertised as dishwasher-safe, yet they began cracking after being washed and dried in a standard household dishwasher. This was normal use—no abuse, no extreme settings beyond what any reasonable consumer would assume is acceptable for a product labeled dishwasher-friendly.If these containers cannot withstand the dishwasher drying cycle, that limitation should be made explicitly and prominently clear at the point of sale. Burying this reality in fine print or relying on vague marketing language is misleading—especially for a premium-priced product. Ceramic containers cracking under routine dishwasher use indicates either a design flaw or inadequate quality control. Either way, this falls far short of what was promised and what consumers should expect. I bought these to simplify daily life, not to worry about whether routine cleaning will ruin them. I would not recommend this product unless the company is willing to be far more transparent—or stand behind it with a replacement or refund. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in the brand.
