How to use: Cleanse with an oil-free cleanser. Using the Clean Sweep Brush, apply a mask-like layer of your favorite NuFACE® microcurrent activator in sections as you lift. Perform glides/holds using your MINI+® microcurrent device. Please keep in mind that the MINI+ device automatically powers off after 5 minutes. Apply eye cream, moisturizer and don't forget SPF.

Amazing product
This is an amazing product. It has toned my goose neck and softened the lines around my mouth. It’s not going to make you look 10; years younger but it is noticeable in how it softens lines and lifts the muscles. Didn’t believe the hype but it’s definitely true.

BROKE AFTER 1 MONTH NORDSTROM WON'T ACCEPT RETURN
At first, I loved this item. Then after about a month the device stopped holding a charge for an extended period of time, then it would only work if I charged it all the time and only took it off the charger to use it, then it stopped turning on at all. When I went to the Nordstrom at the Americana in Glendale, CA to return it, a woman in the cosmetics department told me I could only return it if I had all of the items in the kit (aqua gel, silk creme, etc). I told her I didn't have those creams any more because I had not expected to return the item- I had used them. She told me I could only return this expensive piece of machinery if I also had the empty lotion containers, which they would certainly throw away immediately upon return. I said this was upsetting because this cost over $300 and broke almost immediately. When I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, she told me I could go upstairs to customer service. While I was talking to customer service, the woman from the cosmetics department CALLED UPSTAIRS and told them not to accept my return. Nordstrom, would you like me to source empty lotion containers so that I can get a refund on this over $300 piece of broken machinery? tl;dr breaks quickly, don't go to the cosmetics department at the Americana Nordstrom in Glendale if you are looking for customer service

Not for me
The main change I noticed was an increase in dynamic wrinkles. They lessened (back to level before I used device) about a week after stopping. I used this device for about 6 days week for 10 minutes each session for a month. I only focused on the lower half of my face. I am in my late thirties, I still have a decent amount of volume in my face but wanted to lift. I thought I’d be a good candidate. Unfortunately the device had less of a lifting effect and more of a “sculpted” effect that made me look a bit older than anything.

Works when not broken
I have had two broken units in a row. I bought a unit in March that stopped working in May. My replacement stopped working two weeks later. The device does what it's supposed to do, for a while. I started seeing a difference after a couple of weeks. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of constantly having to return it.

I purchase this two different times and each time, it has stopped working after about 15 uses. Won’t power on and won’t charge. Moving on to another brand of facial toning devices. Bye NuFace!
