Mini Miller Jelly Thong Sandal

I purchased these sandals in white from Nordstrom this past April. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to wear the sandals until this past week. I wore them only once, and after just one use, the sandals began to discolor and now look worn, faded, and much older than they should. I am extremely disappointed with the quality, especially because I have the exact same sandals in black (from Bloomingdale's), which I have worn many more times, and they still look practically brand new. I first contacted Nordstrom regarding this issue, but unfortunately, their return window is now closed, and I was told that they could not do anything to resolve the situation.
