Mini Kensington Embellished Fabric Convertible Crossbody Bag

First, I received the bag way later than what it was supposed to, which is not a problem I understand that it’s not always going to get here on the day it’s supposed to. Later, when I received it, I was super excited to open my new bag, but then just realize it still had a security tag on it… I don’t live anywhere near Nordstrom so I can’t just go to the store and ask for it to be taken off most stores and other retail places have a policy which they can’t take off security tags, which are not of their own. Although I was so excited for my new purse, Which is not a cheap purse obviously. It really disappoints me to know that they couldn’t do anything better for a mistake that somebody else committed. I usually don’t write reviews but this definitely got me so upset. Again, I want to say I understand mistakes happen, but there is resolution and all of the resolutions they were giving me would either take a great amount of my time or some complicated thing I would have to do. In general I wouldn’t recommend ordering from the store. One star is being generous.
