Doesn't open

Beautiful little piece, but once it snaps closed it's closed forever. No way to reopen. Sadly have to return and order her larger, more expensive locket and hope it opens easily.

Pretty But Returned

Could have been a beautiful piece but unfortunately had some issues. Necklace was delivered with a crazy knot throughout the whole chain. Really disappointed that knotting of a fine chain wasn’t considered when packaging item. I returned it due to this. Color is very much a warm tone yellow gold - not bad just FYI.

Great jewellery but check the engraving font

The locket chain necklace is great, 5*, the same I would rate the multiple purchases that I have made from MV in the past. My disappointment is with the engraving - it is so small you can barely see it. I chose the smallest font to make the letters fit assuming that size font would not be an option if you could not see it clearly. MV - perhaps someone could have contacted me to say that it would not be clear ? I would have then changed the engraving. Or quality control check the engraving before it is sent out.
