remove links
The Watch itself is perfect and gorgeous. I only gave it 3 stars because Nordstrom oddly enough could not remove the links. I went to three stores and no one was able to assist me which I find ridiculous ESPECIALLY if you sell the watch.

Nordstrom unable to remove links
Such a beautiful, perfect watch. Sadly, I had to return it. I had the same experience as another reviewer stated— Nordstrom unable to remove the links! I could take it to a jeweler but for that additional expense, I’d rather get a higher end watch with removable links. Not worth the extra cost. I purchased watch after reading that Nordstrom can remove the links (advertised as a standard service). This is not true :(
