wanted to love
Looked fabulous on… until it ripped in SEVEN different places while wearing it out for the first time. I spent the evening sewing it back together but I’d imagine it’s only a matter of time till it rips again.

Quality Check
I was so excited about this dress, but unfortunately it came with a huge rip in the side where the top and bottom connect. The dress is flattering, but Nordstrom’s quality checking is terrible. Wasted $78 + taxes.

I wish it worked
Really wanted to love this dress. The material is super stretchy however it’s a sweater material and you have to be delicate because it pulls quickly. That wasn’t the issue though, the slit in the front was unflattering on me (I’m 5’4). Also doesn’t work for bigger chest because the back of the dress is behind held together by a piece of yarn. It’s so flimsy and small, my fear is it’ll rip after a few wears. I think this would work best for people who don’t have a big chest and are more petite. Really wanted it to work!

great BUT not so great
I love almost everything about this dress, so flattering and simple yet unique. The biggest downfall is although it runs true to size if you have any sort of butt, it’s going to rip. The stitching on the belly part ripped when I was trying it on the second time while I was packing for a trip. Now I’m not sure if I want to try a medium instead or just not attempt this anymore. It fits beautifully aside from that, wish it was a different stretch material or had a zipper on the butt part.
