Nice jacket. Poor packaging
An $800 jacket should not be shipped in a soft bag and arrive rumpled. Disappointed in Nordstrom. Returning and purchasing directly from the merchant as I know they package their jackets well.

Beautiful color, great fit
Nordstrom’s packaging gets a O star
Just like the other review, it was wrinkled horribly. I took it to Nordstrom to steam it. They did nothing returning it and getting a new one from Veronica’s website they’re always package beautiful. What is happened to you Nordstrom’s
