False Advertising.
I ordered a XXS as have other Anine Bing sweatshirts that run very large. I received a package directly from an Anine Bing store in Beverly Hills. The size received was XS which is too big (I normally wear a small or medium in other brands). I called the AB store and they told me this item does not come in XXS as advertised on the Nordstrom website. I called Nordstrom customer service who kept me on hold for 20 min only to tell me that the item is sold out. I don't think it is sold out as much as not available per the vendor. I told them they should offer me a discount to keep the size that I have or place an order for something else and they instead made a big deal of saying they are happy to refund me the full price (that I paid). It's one thing to say no in spite of this inconvenience, it's another to act as though the full refund is of course, standard procedure. I miss the days of Nordstrom having superior customer service. As for Anine Bing, be sure to always read if the sweatshirt is 100% cottone (this one is) because they are luxurious. They offer other versions that are a poly blend and they are priced the same and not the same awesome cotton fit and feel.
