Very disappointed with dress. I expected fabric that would hang and flow with movement. It was a stiff material and didn’t hang well.

Yes, buy it.
I really love the dresses I purchased, including this blue Mila. You can tell someone took their time in crafting each pleat and seam. The price is good for the quality of the dress. I bought a few dresses for Spring to wear to work and events around town. I will be buying more.
