Mid Star Sneaker (Women)

I I love Nordstrom, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The Golden Goose pair I received was either used or a store model. The paper inside was all crinkled, the shoe was already creasing (and I understand Golden Goose has that “worn look,” but I know the difference between new and used — this isn’t my first pair). But worse of all, there was a used sock inside the shoe. Completely unacceptable, especially at over $700! I went into the store to ask for an exchange and explained the condition of the shoes and the used sock. The associate had the nerve to laugh — I was absolutely appalled. The pair they brought out as a replacement was again another store display shoe, stretched out and clearly tried on many times. No thanks. Shame on you, Nordstrom. Why would I pay full price for a floor model? Absolutely disgusting.
