Size up for large cup sizes
Im 32DD.Im 5'3 athletic 125 short torso 32 DD. I can typically wear size small in most sports bras for more compression or support. I often choose medium for a looser band fit for comfort even tho a small would be a more proper fit. This bra in medium fit me like a snug small. the cups are very shallow definitely recommend sizing up for larger cup sizes for a more flattering fit. Even the band was snug which is atypical of a medium for me. Ideally Im a small D/DD when they have that size availability for sports bras like Calia.

Not the right fit
I followed the sizing chart and ordered an XL. When I first put the bra on, it felt alright. But when worn to work, I realized that it was not comfortable. The band dug into my body (I have a roll that I think pushed the band right up under my boobs which resulted it to dig in) although it was the right size according to the chart, my breasts felt very squished in.

I thought I liked it...
Until I wore it more than twice. The pads do not stay in, and without the pads there is little support. I almost never wear this sports bra anymore and I should just give it someone who has a smaller chest and doesn't need the support
