Broke after 5 months
I was so excited to purchase the Michele Apple Watch band. I've worn it often and love the feel and quality of the product. Unfortunately, two weeks ago, the band wouldn't close and unclose. I tried to exchange it at Nordstrom and was told that since the links were removed (to make it fit), nothing could be done. This is a dysfunctional product and poor customer service experience.
