Sidney Diamond 18mm Bracelet Watch Band

I have been a Nordstrom customer for almost 20 years and I am a very loyal Michele customer as well. This diamond bracelet was to accompany a Michele watch I bought at the same time. When it arrived, it as exactly as I expected it would be - simply stunning and of very high quality and craftsmanship that I have come to expect from Michele. However, it was the wrong shape band for the watch I bought, which requires a shape end, not a rounded end. I immediately sent it back to exchange it for the correct band, but have not yet received it. I was disappointed in Nordstrom’s lack of customer service. Exceptional customer service would have caught the mistake, contacted me and confirmed that I actually wanted the round band because it didn’t fit with the watch I bought at the same time - especially since the total order was in excess of $4k. That didn’t happen however and I inadvetantly bought the wrong band. Exchanging it But disappointed that I have to go to the trouble.
