Great Summer Dress!

I am going to Cali in July! I plan on wearing this over my off the shoulder black bathing suit as a cover up, with flip flops, and later out to dinner with cute sandals and jewelry! It's got just the right amount of stretch and very flattering on! I am size 4 and purchased the small in the black color!
