Metcon 10 Training Shoe

Details & care

Updated to optimize stability on heavier lifts and allow mobility on cross-training, version 10 of this gold-standard training shoe still takes you through squats, sprints, sleds and circuits like a champ.

Perfect for: Athletes of all levels looking for springy cushioning, well-grounded stability and versatile performance in a lightweight training shoe that can keep up with any activity.

Upper: Lace-lock system features a higher vamp and a shorter tongue for stay-put lockdown and distraction-free workouts. Durable, breathable mesh promotes essential air circulation while standing up to scrapes, drags and long-term wear. Wider toe box allows for natural splaying during high-intensity exercises. Rubber tread wraps up sides for enhanced grip on rope climbs and quick-change movements.

Lower: Larger HyperLift plate provides improved stability for split squats, deadlifts and other lower-body exercises. ReactX foam grounds every step, stride and jump with flexibility and springy energy. Sticky rubber tread puts reliable traction under dynamic movements like cleans and walking lunges.
